**If you are looking to transfer your care to MAMA from another provider, it is important to provide your MAMA midwife with your complete prenatal record upon your first visit. This includes labs, ultrasounds, and any other pertinent information. We ask that you have your records in hand at the time of your visit, as transferring prenatal records can be time consuming and may delay your appointment with our practice.
