After earning a degree in International Relations from UW-Madison, Jennifer explored her interests in women's health, organic farming, non-profit fundraising, marathoning, traveling and cooking.

She yearned to touch women's lives more tangibly and directly and found that midwifery fulfilled that wish. She attended Columbia University where she received her MS in Midwifery and was certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. As a student, she relished the opportunity to work with the women of New York City as well as those of Navajo Nation. Jennifer worked as a midwife at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, NY until her recent move to Massachusetts.

She is thrilled to join Mt. Auburn midwives. In her spare time, you can find her at a dog park with her boyfriend and dog Blue.
